Franchise Business Manager (Australia)

Our partner is a wildly popular and successful QSR group with locations across 15 countries. With rapid expansion across APAC, they are now seeking a savvy Franchise Business Manager to drive sustainable growth and deliver on key objectives through close partnership and collaboration with franchised restaurants in Australia.
The key responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary strategic advisor to the franchisees, with clear accountability for operational excellence, sales performance, and long-term franchise success;
Building trust and rapport with franchise partners to drive meaning improvements;
Leveraging data-driven insights and strong commercial acumen to advise on opportunities to grow sales, improve profitability, and optimise performance;
Ensuring the brand experience remains consistent and uncompromised;
Coaching Business Partners to adopt strategies that improve sales, profitability and operational execution;
Fostering open communication with cross-functional stakeholders, creating alignment and driving sustained business performance;
Traveling to partner restaurants to provide coaching across operations, facilities, marketing, training, etc.;
Leading quarterly reviews with partners to track progress and align on goals;
Anticipating challenges and recommending timely solutions;
Championing best practices and sharing learnings across the region;
Acting as a culture champion and brand ambassador.
What we're looking for:
5 to 10 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience;
Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive performance;
Ability to travel extensively and effectively;
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects;
Strong understanding of restaurant financial management, labour productivity, and store-level economics;
Experience cultivating and developing high-performing teams;
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change;
Experience in supporting new market launches and expansions;
A can-do, no-job-is-too-small attitude;
